Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a busy auto service location. We offer paid training, a clear growth path, and opportunities to move into Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training roles. Experience is valued but not required.

As a Shop Manager you will recruit, train, and manage crew, schedule shifts, oversee inventory, and monitor shop finances to meet targets. Benefits include health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training on the Take 5 way to manage a shop.
• Move up quickly with opportunities to become Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training.
• PAID TRAINING provided to learn oil change shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and conducting end-of-period/year inventory.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding shop financials to drive results within budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew members with oil changes and other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Drain motor oil and change oil filters and perform other auto services as necessary.
