Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our team, drive service quality, and manage daily shop operations. The role offers PAID TRAINING and opportunities to advance from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training paths, with growth supported by internal promotions.

Earn up to $55k+ per year with base salary plus bonus opportunities; strong leadership and people skills are essential to motivate the crew and deliver fast, reliable oil changes for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location.
• Must be able to lift to fifty pounds (50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year inventory.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services.
