Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and manage shop operations in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Willingness to train others and follow the Take 5 procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the Shop Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
• Run the floor to ensure team coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and inventory tasks.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop, office, and bathroom.
