Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a team in our busy shop. No experience is necessary, with paid training and opportunities to move up quickly. Base salaries plus bonus opportunities can bring earnings to $55k+ per year.

As a Shop Manager, you will recruit, onboard, and train crew members, manage schedules, inventory, and payroll, and oversee shop performance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING provided on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll.
• Controlling inventory and conducting End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
