Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a busy service shop. Experience is valued, and PAID TRAINING is provided to teach the Take 5 way of managing a shop location and delivering quick oil changes.

In this role you will recruit and train crew, manage schedules, control inventory, and drive shop performance while delivering excellent customer service. Earn $55k+ base with bonus opportunities and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required; PAID TRAINING provided.
• Ability to recruit, interview, onboard and train team members.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory through End of Period/End of Year counts.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding shop finances to drive results within budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Providing excellent customer service and supporting auto services.
