Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead operations at a Take 5 service location. You will recruit, train, and coach crew members, manage schedules and inventory, and ensure top quality customer service. PAID TRAINING and opportunity to grow fast are emphasized.

Experience is valued but not required. Base salaries with bonuses can reach $55k+ per year, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off. 50% early wage access is available through myFlexPay.

• Ability to recruit, interview, onboard and train new crew members.
• Willingness to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year inventory.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
