Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a team and drive daily operations at our Jacksonville location. The role emphasizes people leadership, training, and hands-on management of oil-change services with paid training and growth opportunities through internal promotions.

Experience is valued but not required; successful managers can earn $55k+ per year with base pay and bonuses. Full-time, with opportunities to advance quickly within the Take 5 system.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be able to operate a computer for basic tasks.
• Experience leading a team is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and performing EOP/EOY tasks.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget usage.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Assisting crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring shop standards.
