Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Jacksonville, FL is looking for a Shop Manager to lead daily operations, guide a front-to-back team, and uphold Take 5 standards. No experience is required—PAID TRAINING is provided, with opportunities to join as Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training.

You will recruit and schedule staff, manage inventory, monitor shop finances, and ensure excellent customer service. This full-time role offers paid time off, health/vision/dental coverage, 401(k) match, and a clear path

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in a shallow pit and access cars safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory through EOP and EOY inventory checks.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget usage.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supervising crew with oil changes and other auto services.
