Dayton Freight Lines invites recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates to join its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program. This 24-week, hands-on experience prepares trainees to lead within a Dayton Freight shop, developing skills across maintenance, operations, and leadership.

The program emphasizes real-world leadership training, a fast-paced environment, and internal advancement. Eligible candidates should be ready to relocate to any Service Center and commit to a rotation across shifts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
