Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee to join its 24-week, hands-on program designed for recent graduates. You'll rotate through shifts and gain exposure to operations, maintenance, and leadership practices across our service centers.

You must hold a Bachelor's degree and be willing to relocate to any Dayton service center. This program emphasizes leadership development and practical shop experience, preparing you to take on a supervisory role on completion.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Dayton service center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
