Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• NYC Food Handlers Card.
• Available to work in person +50 hours.
• Led a team of greater than 20 employees.

Responsibilities

• Own Full Shop Performance with focus on growth and efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard Shop Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warmth and speed.
• Ensure compliance with recipes, food safety, and health regulations.
• Analyze sales trends and promotions to optimize production.
