Job summary

Saint‑Gobain Omniseal Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to support our Bristol, RI manufacturing site. The role develops a qualified workforce through orientation, classroom instruction, and on‑the‑job development, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and HR to ensure safe, effective performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in training coordination, experience in a manufacturing environment, and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Org Development, or similar Preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent Required
• Additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support New Employee Orientation and development via the Qualification Program.
• Develop and deliver training for production employees and ensure qualification documents are adhered to.
• Assist in developing, maintaining and executing training programs for future business needs.
• Create and maintain training documents and processes.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvement feedback.
