Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Training Coordinator to manage training across the Easton, PA manufacturing site. You will schedule sessions, track progress, and ensure timely completion of required training while developing digital work instructions and training videos using Azumuta.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Health & Safety and HR, build a scalable training library, and leverage AI tools to streamline content creation. Proficiency in MS 365 is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programs and coordinating multiple activities.
• Ability to convert instructions into digital formats and create training videos.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with LMS/tracking systems and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site training sessions, track completion, and align with production schedules.
• Convert paper instructions into digital work instructions and videos using Azumuta.
• Maintain standardized digital libraries of tools, PPE, and equipment symbols.
• Generate regular training progress reports for leadership and audits.
• Support Health & Safety integration in digital instructions and content.
