Job summary

Saint-Gobain Omniseal Solutions in Bristol, RI is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop a skilled, engaged workforce on the shop floor. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and HR to deliver orientation, on-the-job training, and qualification programs across CNC, molding, assembly and QA.

A hands-on manufacturing environment requires visible leadership and strong relationship building.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in training coordination, continuous improvement or similar roles - Required
• 1+ years experience documenting technical and non-technical processes
• 2+ years working in a manufacturing environment - Required
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen - Required
• 1+ years experience in aerospace, automotive or similar industry - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training in collaboration with HR and Operations to support New Employee Orientation and the Qualification Program.
• Create and maintain training documents and processes.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees across operations (e.g., Machining, Molding, Assembly, QA).
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Document all process changes and improvements.
