Job summary

Knauf Insulation North America is seeking a Training Coordinator to drive the development and implementation of training across plant operations. You will manage the training matrix, oversee the TWI program, and deliver hands-on coaching to operators and technicians to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

You will also support onboarding, assist with hiring, and create training resources while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; TWI certification preferred.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage training matrix for all plant positions.
• Manage TWI program and trainer certification process.
• Facilitate learning sessions and workshops.
• Assist with local hiring efforts and the interview process.
• Assist with onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Provide hands-on coaching to operators, technicians, and SMEs to improve efficiency.
• Create and modify training checklists, work procedures, and single-point lessons.
• Audit the training program for compliance and adherence to plant standards.
• Create monthly reports for management review and track training metrics.
