Job summary

Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions in Bristol, RI is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production work orders, updating records, and ensuring timely ERP transactions in QAD and related systems.

You will act as a liaison among Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Management to maintain inventory accuracy, drive on-time orders, and analyze production data for continuous improvement. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably QAD.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and perform basic calculations.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process production work orders and inventory movements in ERP systems.
• Review and reconcile production data to ensure labor reporting accuracy.
• Act as liaison between Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping and Management.
• Generate and analyze production reports and KPIs for decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
