• Provide accessible, timely support to team members by listening to concerns and directing them to resources.
• Interpret and consistently apply company policies, procedures, and employment laws for leaders.
• Coach supervisors through team member relations matters, including conflicts and performance issues.
• Conduct prompt investigations into team member concerns and document findings.
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor to gauge workplace climate.
• Partner with leadership to implement countermeasures addressing recurring issues.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and company standards to ensure compliant practices.
• Analyze team member relations data and communicate insights to HR and operations.
• Support development and delivery of training on HR policies and people-management practices.
• Coordinate and lead HR programs and projects as assigned.
