Job summary

Toyota’s Human Resources Department seeks a passionate Team Member Relations Analyst for the Buffalo, West Virginia manufacturing facility. The role focuses on advising leaders on HR policies, resolving workplace concerns, and delivering practical training across policies and systems.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience), 2+ years in ER/HR, and willingness to work the mid-shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field, or equivalent professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in employee relations or HR function.
• Working knowledge of labor laws, EEOC and FMLA.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies.
• Project management experience including leading and reporting on status.
• Willing to work a mid-shift schedule 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide accessible, timely support to team members by listening to concerns, connecting them with resources, and navigating workplace needs.
• Interpret and consistently apply company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws for leaders.
• Coach supervisors through ER matters, including workplace concerns and corrective action.
• Conduct investigations into team member concerns and document findings with recommended resolutions.
• Maintain visible shop-floor presence to assess climate and identify trends.
• Partner with leadership to implement practical countermeasures to improve the employee experience.
