Job summary

DaikyoNishikawa USA, Inc. on Mazda Toyota Manufacturing's Madison campus seeks an HR Specialist (2nd shift) to handle complex employee relations, provide guidance to department leaders, and ensure compliant personnel practices.

You will partner with management to resolve workplace concerns, support engagement, administer policies, manage HR data, and contribute to Kaizen initiatives. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and two years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field and two years of professional HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies, onboarding, benefits, confidentiality, and HRIS systems.
• SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for employees and leadership on employee-relations concerns.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies and Kaizen-related initiatives.
• Communicate policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Support general affairs, including travel coordination and invoicing.
• Use Excel and HRIS to collect, interpret, and report HR data.
