The candidate will work 2nd shift (3pm-11:45pm), help implement engagement strategies, and ensure compliant personnel practices while managing HR data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR management principles, especially employee relations in manufacturing.
• Experience with HR administration, onboarding, benefits, policy communication, confidentiality, and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive employee relations; advise management on employee relations matters.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and Kaizen initiatives.
• Communicate policies and maintain confidentiality per laws and company policies.
• Support general affairs activities including processing invoices and travel arrangements.
• Use Excel and HRIS to gather, interpret, and track HR data and department KPIs.
