Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Operations Management, Engineering or Business Management; freshman year completed.
• Interest in leading people and manufacturing leadership.
• Strong initiative and ownership for improving outcomes.
• Ability to analyze processes and data and drive corrective actions.
• Comfort working with manufacturing equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities on the shop floor while upholding safety, quality, and standards.
• Lead 6S initiatives across all production areas.
• Conduct process, quality, and performance audits; drive corrective actions.
• Monitor key metrics such as scrap, first-pass yield, throughput, and OEE.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with RCCA for quality and production issues.
• Assist with production scheduling support and documentation control.
• Participate in kaizen events and new product/process introductions.
