Qualifications

• Pursuing BS degree in related field with freshman year completed.
• Interest in leading people in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work on the production floor and learn operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Engage in 6S, process audits, and KPI monitoring (scrap, yield, OEE).
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to drive kaizen and continuous improvements.
• Assist with production scheduling, work orders, and documentation control.
• Participate in kaizen events, trials, and new process introductions.
