Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Operations Management, Engineering or Business Management; must have completed at least freshman year.
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and willingness to lead improvements on the shop floor.
• Interest in continuous improvement, problem solving, and hands-on process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities on the shop floor while upholding safety, quality and standards.
• Execute 6S initiatives across all production areas.
• Conduct process, quality and performance audits and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs like scrap, first-pass yield, throughput, and OEE.
• Partner with engineering and operations on continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with RCCA for quality and production issues.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions and AS9100 practices.
