Coulter Services is seeking a Group Leader 1 to supervise a manufacturing cell producing premium firearms and components. The role will oversee daily production, assign work, monitor throughput, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include leading shop-floor activities, coaching operators, driving 5S, and partnering with engineering and quality to resolve issues and improve manufacturing effectiveness.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate shop-floor activities to hit production and delivery targets.
• Train, coach and support operators to build a high-performance team.
• Drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to reduce downtime and defects.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality to resolve problems and improve output.
• Ensure work is performed per established standards and procedures.
