Vertage Inc. in New York is seeking a Group Leader to drive daily manufacturing operations on the production floor, overseeing 10-30 hourly staff during a high‑volume launch.

You will lead safety and quality initiatives, coach and develop the team, align with maintenance, quality, engineering, and operations, and push continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has prior leadership in manufacturing, strong problem solving, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure while delivering

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing leadership experience (Group Leader / Production Supervisor / Operations Supervisor) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on safety and quality management is required.
• Experience in production planning and workforce management is essential.

Must-Have Experience:

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong safety and quality management background
