Job summary

CTS Corporation is seeking a Group Leader to monitor, coordinate, and schedule production activities across shifts. The role focuses on meeting department goals while leading a team and collaborating with management and engineering to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You’ll train staff, uphold safety and process standards, and balance production tasks with leadership duties to support manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience on a manufacturing line and with ERP systems is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing training or certification is a plus.
• Reading, writing, and communicating in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and ensure schedule compliance.
• Lead and coordinate activities in the absence of the supervisor.
• Train workers in processes and maintain safety and quality procedures.
• Perform production tasks and lead group activities (30% Production, 70% Group Leader).
• Coordinate and schedule work using people and equipment; maintain process integrity.
