Lush in Houston is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team. You'll spend your days on the shop floor, lead and inspire a team of sales associates, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach ambassadors, educate customers about our values, manage cash and inventory, and maintain visual standards. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and pride in our ethical beauty

• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor.

• Lead product knowledge with regular training.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing, and security.
• Maintains visuals and merchandising to attract customers.
• Assist with stock and inventory tasks.
