Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard insights and adjust shop floor layout to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service and product demonstrations to exceed daily sales targets.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and recommend suitable products to customers.
