Epiroc USA LLC is seeking a Shop/Field Service Lead to manage daily service operations, coordinate technicians, and serve as a senior technical advisor while traveling with the crew to resolve complex issues.

The role emphasizes promoting profitable service revenues, organized service functions, and strong customer communication. Requires a technical certificate and 5–7+ years of related experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Minimum of a Certificate of Completion from a Technical or Trade School.
• 5–7+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Maintain a valid driver's license; CDL/DOT qualifications as required.
• Maintain safety training certificates (MSHA) or complete training as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and promote the service aspect to generate profitable revenues.
• Coordinate service resources and supervise technicians for organized operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and support training and development.
• Assist with warranty issues and provide quality feedback to product teams.
• Communicate progress of work orders to customers and the Service Manager.
• Adhere to safety and environmental requirements and ensure PPE usage.
