Shop/Field Service Lead at Epiroc USA LLC focuses on daily service operations, coordinating technicians and expanding service revenues while developing technical competency within the team. This onsite role requires strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulic schematics and Rig Control Systems (RCS).

The position emphasizes safety, collaboration, and customer communication, with responsibilities including training, warranty assistance, and ensuring service quality across the location.

Formación

• Certificate from a technical or trade school is required.
• 5–7+ years of related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Maintain required US DoL Mine, Safety & Health Administration training certificates.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required for DOT purposes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate service resources to achieve targeted goals and objectives.
• Direct and evaluate service technicians; organize and document procedures.
• Ensure competence development on product, technical and administrative training.
• Assist with warranty issue documentation and feedback to product companies.
• Communicate work order progress to customers and Service Manager via reports.
• Adhere to safety and environmental requirements and enforce PPE usage.
