Job summary

ReCon Management Services is seeking a dedicated Material Coordinator to manage equipment, materials, and documentation at our site locations. The role involves coordinating deliveries, tagging assets, maintaining logs, and ensuring accurate data entry for all materials and repairs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with substantial relevant experience, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment with PPE requirements and outdoor site work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least six years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient at keyboard use and data entry with accuracy and speed.
• Knowledge of material control procedures, techniques, systems, and equipment used in the facility.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping and organization of materials.
• Daily log sheets and group communications.
• Tracking sheets to identify and track equipment, materials and components and repairs.
• Tagging and identifying all equipment, materials and components for removal or reinstall.
• Monitor equipment deliveries and shop repairs/returns paperwork.
• Coordinate flow bin deliveries.
• Coordinate fabrication deliveries and revisions between field and shop.
• Escort vendors to the job site from gate or warehouse if required.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
