Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business).
  • 0–3 years of experience; recent grads welcome.
  • Internship/co‑op in inventory, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, or materials management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and basic data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of inventory and equipment.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable with hands‑on environment and physical materials.

Responsibilities

  • Order and coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Receive, inspect, unbox, identify, and inventory incoming equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure equipment is tracked.
  • Set and monitor minimum/maximum inventory levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders.
  • Maintain accountability and traceability of critical infrastructure equipment.
  • Organize inventory locations for efficient access and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, operations, vendors, and internal teams to resolve material issues.
  • Track equipment movement, deliveries, and transfers.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain documentation and inventory reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, organization, and material flow.
