Job summary

Worley is seeking an on-site Material Coordinator to manage all materials and equipment for the jobsite. You will set up, order, charge, and maintain inventory while inspecting shipments and assisting supervision as needed.

You will also help in the field and ensure proper documentation for each work order. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in industrial construction/maintenance and strong computer equipment knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of computer equipment and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, charge, and order all material/equipment needed.
• Receive, inspect, help unload and distribute material.
• Set up and maintain inventory system and reordering.
• Assist contact supervision upon request.
• Assist in the field when needed.
• Attain proper accounting documents for all work order numbers monthly.
