Job summary

Dover Corporation's Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to respond to diverse customer needs via telephone and written correspondence. You will support the supervisor, manage order entry, and coordinate communication with distributors, national accounts and internal teams from start to finish.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical/wheel service product issues, processing credits and returns, and promoting sales programs while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in Business/Communications/Marketing.
• 2+ years in mechanical/technical service and/or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of sales principles; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical and applications issues to resolve customer problems.
• Coordinate order preparation via phone, email and mail with emphasis on accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries from distributors, national accounts, and internal staff.
• Process warranty claims, credits, and returns; monitor field problems and dispositions.
• Promote sales programs and participate in training programs.
• Maintain professional demeanor in all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
