Dover Vehicle Service Group (VSG) in Madison, Indiana, is seeking an onsite Shop Equipment Technical Consultant to handle post-sale technical support for equipment and software installation and troubleshooting. You will respond to inquiries via phone, chat, or text, using scripts and guidance tools to resolve issues and recommend options to customers.
