Dover’s Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is seeking a Shop Equipment Technical Consultant for an onsite role in Madison, Indiana. You will deliver post-sales technical customer service via phone, chat, or text, resolving equipment/installation issues with pre-determined scripts and guidance tools.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume inquiries, providing product specs, recommending warranties, and coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• Responding to a high volume of low complexity technical inquiries (e.g., equipment or software installation/activation/troubleshooting)
• Providing technical product specifications & information on compatibility with other products
• Recommending alternative products or services (e.g., warranties) as part of issue resolution

Responsibilities

• Managing projects / processes in a call center environment
• Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals
• Providing post-sale technical customer service via phone, chat, or text
