Dover’s Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is seeking a Shop Equipment Technical Consultant for an onsite role in Madison, Indiana. You will deliver post-sales technical customer service via phone, chat, or text, resolving equipment/installation issues with pre-determined scripts and guidance tools.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume inquiries, providing product specs, recommending warranties, and coaching junior staff.
