Mustang Cat in Houston, TX is seeking a Shop Coordinator to support the Machinery Service Department. You will assist the Service Supervisor with day-to-day shop operations, coordinating repairs, reviewing invoices, and ensuring timely service delivery.

Emphasis on customer communication and cross-team coordination. The role requires 1–2 years of dispatching/coordination experience, strong customer service, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years dispatching or coordination experience in a service or repair-related industry.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support shop scheduling and coordinate repairs between teams.
• Review invoices for accuracy and process warranty documentation.
• Monitor production and efficiency, reporting key metrics.
• Manage equipment inventory and assist with shipping & receiving.
• Enforce safety and contamination control practices.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, Product Support Sales Reps, and customers.
• Step in for the Service Supervisor during absences and assist with delegated tasks.
