Job summary

Mustang Cat in Houston, TX is seeking a Machinery Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate field service requests for heavy Caterpillar equipment. You will schedule technicians, communicate with customers and reps, and manage work orders to ensure uptime and service excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of dispatching experience, with strong customer service and MS Office skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and the position offers full-time benefits and growth

• Monitor field service expenses, technician overtime, and job progress.
• Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Support the service team with accurate documentation and updates.
