Job summary

HOLT CAT seeks a Customer Service Coordinator in Georgetown, TX to schedule and oversee service work, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing. The role collaborates with customers and internal teams to maintain legendary service standards.

You will track service history, prepare quotes in PSQ, and manage paper/workflow while adhering to safety policies and company procedures. Onsite work in a shop environment is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of education required.
• Up to three plus years direct CAT Service experience or five plus years industry experience in heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and reinforces the company's values in daily work.
• Coordinates daily work in progress to meet department goals and schedule resources.
• Performs accurate data entry of daily labor hours for work orders and payroll.
• Communicates with customers, coordinators, and sales regarding scheduling, quotes, and repairs.
• Ensures customer expectations for communication and updates are met.
• Collaborates with parts and service teams to ensure flow of information and processes.
