Summary
The Call Center Representative I will receive inbound phone calls from Ryder Platinum National Accounts, Ryder Shops, and On Demand Customers. Responsibilities include scheduling service for truck and trailer breakdowns, preventive maintenance (PM), and assisting with service questions. Must deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience.
French applicants preferred
Starting pay is $17.00/hour, Monday - Friday; bilingual French is $18.00/hour
Start date: Monday, June 9, 2025
Open to working 1st and 2nd shift
Training: 3 days in Alpharetta, GA, and 2 days remote
