Job Description

Summary
The Call Center Representative I will receive inbound phone calls from Ryder Platinum National Accounts, Ryder Shops, and On Demand Customers. Responsibilities include scheduling service for truck and trailer breakdowns, preventive maintenance (PM), and assisting with service questions. Must deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience.

French applicants preferred

  • Starting pay is $17.00/hour, Monday - Friday; bilingual French is $18.00/hour

  • Start date: Monday, June 9, 2025

  • Open to working 1st and 2nd shift

  • Training: 3 days in Alpharetta, GA, and 2 days remote

  • Post-training: fully remote

Essential Functions
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns, communicate regarding vehicle status, and improve customer satisfaction scores.
  • WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT: Coordinate resources, communicate with technicians, rental teams, and drivers, and manage outside repairs.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE: Handle incoming and follow-up calls, process service requests, and participate in QA reviews.
