Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Overview

This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. In order to be considered, you must maintain your own personal at-home working equipment that meets the following system requirements:

System Specs
  • It is NOT a Mac
  • It is NOT a Chromebook
  • It is NOT a tablet, phone, or iPad
  • It must have the following:
  • Connected via Ethernet (WiFi must be disabled)
  • Operating system: Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 (build 10.0.22621 and up)
  • Processor: i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or higher)
  • RAM: Minimum 8 GB
  • Hard Drive space: Minimum 10 GB
  • Upload speed: Minimum 10 Mbps
  • Download speed: Minimum 25 Mbps
  • Anti-virus software installed
  • All Windows updates completed
Recommended peripherals (Bluetooth versions permissible):
  • USB Wired Keyboard
  • USB Wired Mouse
  • USB Wired Webcam
  • Wired Headset
Required
  • Two (dual) monitors

Compensation

Paid Training Start Date

Monday, June 2, 2025

Training Hours

Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm EST

Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday: 10am - 9pm EST and Saturday: 7am - 5pm EST

During training, schedules will be assigned within these hours.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with accounts
  • Document account information accurately
  • Explain account statuses and inquiries
  • Assist with delinquent accounts per state guidelines
  • Follow applicable regulations
  • Maintain inbound handle time and meet QA goals
  • Meet production metrics
Qualifications
  • Prior call center experience REQUIRED
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
