Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help customers find the perfect shoes. You’ll work as part of a team, staying informed on trends and providing top‑notch service that builds brand loyalty.

You’ll handle daily store tasks, support inventory and pricing, and engage customers with energy to hit sales goals. A strong work ethic, flexible schedule, and passion for footwear will help you shine.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to build constructive relationships with store colleagues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager guidance.
• Solid knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment, inventory) are dialed in.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and drive top-notch shopping experiences.
• Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals.
• Adhere to company policies and seek feedback for development.
