Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• Ability to motivate teammates and drive performance.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while following store direction.
• Experience mentoring others in selling and operations is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills for POS and inventory systems.
