Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in Spring, TX to deliver the best shoe store experience for every customer. You will help shape in-store culture, coach teammates, and create a welcoming environment where customers say, I’ll take it, and become loyal to our brands and company.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction from the store manager.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
