Famous Footwear in Texas is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about creating the best shoe store experience. You will foster a welcoming in-store culture, coach teammates, and drive customer connection while ensuring inventory, pricing, and store presentation support strong performance.

You’ll lead with integrity, stay informed on trends, and help customers find the perfect fit, spreading the Famous Feeling through every interaction.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Has basic computer skills.
