Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience in store management or supervising/leading a team is preferred.
• Ability to motivate and coach Associates to reach goals.
• Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through accountability and goal attainment.
• Oversee store operations from opening to closing with attention to pricing and inventory.
