Job summary

Famous Footwear at Rayzor Ranch Marketplace in Denton, TX, is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about providing the best shoe store experience. You’ll lead by example, coach the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly while delivering top-notch customer service and helping customers find the perfect fit.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, managing opening/closing, maintaining organization, and promoting the Famous culture.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal.
• Mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspire that Famous Feeling by fostering a culture of caring and coaching for selling behaviors.
• Drive sales with accountability to goals and overall performance.
• Manage store operations from pricing to inventory to keep the shop easily shoppable.
• Adhere to company policies and leverage resources to complete tasks.

• Maintain positive, proactive mindset and uplift teammates.
• Be a shoe expert, recommending styles and ensuring customers leave with the perfect fit.
