Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in Oklahoma to drive store performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will foster a welcoming environment, lead by example, and support teammates to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.

You will be responsible for store operations, including pricing, inventory, opening/closing, and maintaining a tidy, shoppable store. You will mentor associates, embrace diversity, and champion the Famous culture for memorable customer connections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal.
• Manages multiple tasks and communicates direction set by the store manager.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role. Includes holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Has basic computer skills.
