Job summary

Famous Footwear Sales Lead in Oklahoma City is responsible for delivering the best shoe store experience by creating a welcoming in-store culture and championing our Famous Feeling. You’ll coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure the store runs smoothly from opening to closing.

You’ll empower associates to provide excellent customer service, stay informed on trends, and help customers find the perfect fit while upholding store policies and collaborating with partners to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
